I Shall Master This Family has really great clothing and backgrounds. The MC is from a high aristocratic family and seems to wear a different dress every day. The dresses are always elegant with small details like lace and patterns weaved in. (I'm just very impressed at the detail compared to other webtoons.)
Mother's Contract Marriage has a unique and colorful art style unlike any other webtoon I've seen. It's truly colorful and bright. I'm not sure if it'll be your style, but- it's pretty unique.
Secret Lady has one of the more historically accurate fashion of its genre. Characters and backgrounds are gorgeous - the expressions, lighting, angles, you name it.
