I disagree with most of the recommendations you were given, except KissxSis and MAYBE Hantsu x Trash.
Why is that? Well Prison School is reall really ecchi, it's Borderline H, and I think that's what you are looking for. High-School DxD, To Love-Ru, Gamble fish are a, lets say, Higher level ecchi but not the ecchi you are looking for.
Maybe I'm wrong and I'm truly perverted to the point I can distinguish ecchi levels.

Edit 1: You could also try Nozoki Ana and Nozo x Kimi, both by same author. The first work has sex so it's not like Prison School. Blade Play and Angel (U-Jin) fit into Nozoki Ana's sex topic but well, you might enjoy them.

Dragons Rioting was a particular delight. Great twist of sexy girls, fighting and comedy.

And yes... Prison school was so borderline H that I was actually ANGRY that when I came here to look at works by the same artist, there wasn't a history of fantastic H series he'd done that I could . It's a crime to be that good and not use it!

That manga is porn, simple censored porn. You read the first 3 chapters, around 20pages each make a total of 60ish pages which 40 are porn.
Erotic Ecchi is not porn, in Nana to Kaoru and Prison School there's N O sex.
