I predict an ending where everyone has identical looking kids with none named(like Digimon) and they all are waiting for the hokage(we only see his back) to give their school a speech. So noone can complain and tumbler can melt. And then in 2 years Neo Naruto Ninja Z: True Shippuden with plot assists by Kishimoto. laugh
On a side note i have been reading the series for 13 years ! Can anyone beat me and is Hinata secretly a good character with terrible taste who rises above her cliche ?

Well, it's about time. The last two years were a big disappointment. Even more disappointing, if you consider, that now the fight everyone was waiting for, will be nothing more than a farce. I was hoping for Naruto ending soon, but 5 Chapters? That is crap. And worst of all, this stupid couple of idiots won't even die.

I completely agree. As you said, the last two years were pretty disappointing, but we all hung on for this one fight...and now it's going to get shortchanged. If Kishimoto had spent less time killing Obito and bringing him back, maybe we could have gotten a better climax to this series.

Well, what's done is done. At least it will all be over soon.

Can all the expectation, the climax wrapped in just next 5 chapter?
I mean, come on, despite how it turn badly in the last couple years, still it is a good series and need a perfect wrapped ending.
I have a high expectation at least Kishimoto-sensei will make a last chapter something like Kamijyo Akimine's Samurai Deeper Kyo ending. A chapter where it tells how each important character ended in the future, if possible a touching one like SDKyo's bonus chapter, where there is no dialog but it tells a perfect ending story.

Who knows.maybe more than one chapter a week? But one thing is for certain, I'm glad once it's over. I only hope that there won't be a bad ending, rushed and whatnot. And that Temari kicks ass. By far, she is my favorite female Naruto character

dammit im going to have to catch up those 4 years of not reading the war arc. Its hard to beleive this show is finally ending. Naruto was the begining of all my addiction in anime in 2004. as soon as the one before last comes out, i am going then to a narutor war arc merathon and my long years of waiting its ending.

(ofcourse not my first anime, though i didnt know the show i was watching was anime like DBZ)

She is the biggest wishful ever. But her back story is interesting and one of the most miserable in the series. Has she even had one nice day in her life 😔 ?
It is kind of a shame that she has to act as a meat shield for the whole series. Her rare manga appearances and dialog are pretty good for female Jump Star standards. You can see that the assistants liked working on her. Oh well.

They had the usual friendship is magic message thru violence but not only did they beat themselves up. NO !
The leads had to disable each other(until white zetsu comes back) to prove their pacifism and understanding. That is borderline dadaism logic and i love it.
I also reread the war arc last weekend and it is still the worst part of the manga. The monet pain revived everyone is the exact moment the manga took a dive.
