Kaeri-chan is a charming, fun, and cute character.

Well, that's it for the positives, now for a bunch of complaining:

As I alluded to in the title of this comment, this manga is a complete and total trainwreck. It starts out with Saotome and Uchihishi meeting up and working together on the Public Morals Committee along with another 1st year who may or may not be a lesbian with a serious crush on Uchihishi. And things go pretty well for the most part, for about 9-10 chapters if memory serves. Uchihishi is definitely one of my favorite FL's in recent manga I've read, and it's a damn shame the mangaka does nothing with her and instead relegates most of the run to an incredibly stupid Gantz Osaka arc quality story.

The "Nipples, The End" portion (most of the manga, unfortunately) is absolute trash. It has zero redeeming value, not only because it derailed the manga, but because it takes the focus off of Uchihishi and puts it on a bunch of characters who are idiots.

I'm not sure who is more worthy of blame for this, the mangaka or his editor. Either way, their "work" ruined what could've been a solid manga.

Recommended if you like watching a dumpster light itself on fire. My disappointment is immense and my day is ruined.

Also, a postscript:

The bottom-right on page 3 of chapter 27.5 caught my eye. For whatever reason, the mangaka decided to have a shot of Hiyase and Uchihishi's feet in slippers, probably just to screw with whatever part of the audience that expected this was going to be a fetish fuel manga after the first volume. A weird ing choice, to be sure; even in josei smut feet are not a topic that gets touched on (ha ha) often.
